Hi, I’m Genesis Cinco, I help women who feel disconnected from their bodies, overwhelmed by digestive or hormonal symptoms, and unsure which habits or foods truly support them. Together, we create sustainable, personalized changes that restore balance, boost energy, and improve overall well-being, without extremes or overwhelm.
My personal gut health journey began in 2021. I struggled with bloating, gas, stomach pain, extreme fatigue, nausea, acid reflux, back pain, and constant headaches — challenges that even led to unintended weight loss and fainting episodes. After countless doctor visits, tests, medications, and diet changes, I was diagnosed with Functional Dyspepsia. While this confirmed my symptoms were real, the root cause remained unclear, beyond the role my nervous system played in my digestive health.
I followed the FODMAP diet and explored homeopathic options for prescribed medication. Though it was difficult, this experience became a turning point. I began truly listening to my body, making intentional career and lifestyle adjustments, and focusing on regulating my nervous system and healing holistically.
Determined to understand my symptoms, I enrolled in Gut, Hormone, and Nutrition courses with an integrative approach. This education allowed me to uncover root causes and experience significant healing. Today, I continue to deepen my understanding of the intricate connections between the digestive system, brain, hormones, and menstrual cycle.
I believe that healing doesn’t come from drastic changes, it comes from small, intentional shifts in nutrition, lifestyle, and self-care. Through gentle guidance and support, I help women:
